Rebirth

We’ve relaunched the Human Business Works website, with help from 9seeds (our tech partners) and Josh Fisher (our creative star), and with a lot of behind the scenes help from Rob Hatch, our COO, making sure things went well. What did I do? Oh, I did my typical bit, which is mostly asking for little tweaky things, saying “Can you make a thing that looks less wobbly like a whatsit?” And then, Josh would send back exactly what I was thinking of, which was, obviously, a picture of Dennis Franz.

Great Teams Are Like That

Working with a team that knows how to anticipate, respond, make things easier, and who you actually like to work with is the best possible treat in the world. That’s why we’ve put together consulting services to help people with their own business challenges. The team we’ve put together to deliver services is just as passionate about delivering on the concepts of the Human Business Way as I am, and it’s just going to be amazing seeing how this all plays together in the coming year.

And You?

If you want to be part of the excitement, there are a few ways to have this conversation. Everything we talk about at Human Business Works will apply to solo business owners, small business owners, all the way up to the people making this work for big companies. My focus in 2012 is to help people (in larger and mid-sized companies mostly) implement better customer acquisition and community nurturing programs around their human digital channel (online social business activity). You might just pick up ideas that apply to your own organization. You might be a solo practitioner seeking to learn more via our online training offerings. Or, you might be a bigger company looking for in-person education or help with content projects. No matter what the case, we’ll do what we can to help you grow.

As my good friend Tim Hayden said once to me (and it became the name of a conference he launched), “Get ready to live!”
